OneCare Health Papatoetoe (aka OneCare Family Medical Centre)

Did a phone consultation. Was told to pick up ACC form and then go to Urgent care. Went to pick up the ACC form and paid for the consultation but wasn't given any form. They told me just go to the urgent care. Their they told me you need the ACC form for work injury or else the cost will be 180 NZD. Went back angry this time still didn't get any ACC form so I requested for refund for wasting my time and I don't like to pay for nothing in return. Can't even refund. So ya it's about time to change my GP. Hopefully I find a better and way more convenient one.

Hard to book on same day but once you get an appointment its pretty much good. Reception really nice! We usually go to Dr. Suluama. She’s amazing. Today different doctor as was the only next available date. Just if Dr. Rohit could try not to make people feel like they are already filled with diseases….that would be great. Felt judgement from him. Made me feel like im not doing my best as a mother. The nurse however was PHENOMENAL i wish i asked for her name but she was a lot more people friendly and spoke to me like i mattered. She wasnt judgemental and my son took a liking to her more. I’ll stick with Dr. Suluama there’s less judgment. Dr. Suluama actually takes the time to break things down and explain to you what’s the next step etc. she never hesitate to do general check on my son but Dr. Rohit keeps his distance and looks like doesn’t want to be near you. At some point you need to figure out what to expect really, to be in this profession. At least wear the gears like gloves, body cover etc to thoroughly check as I feel he just did quick glance. Wasn’t comfortable with that. My thoughts on my experience for today.

Worse Healthcare ever! Dont bother wasting your money and time coming here!! Can never get appointments, be willing to wait days sick until you can talk or see a doctor thats even if you can get through to them. Doctors are full of it too, just a number in their books, no real care and consideration here, very sad they have really gone downhill since the beginning, will be finding better healthcare for me and family.

Dr Peter is an amazing practitioner. He takes his time and is extremely genuine and caring. Keep up the good work!

I had a phone call with one of the nurses last week. I was in pain. I explained her what I have been experiencing. She got confused and asked me to stop confusing her with an attitude. Unprofessional.

Spoke to nurse. Supposed to send prescription to chemest. Hasnt done it. Had hours to do so. No further contact from them.This isn't the first time this has happened to me.Disgusting customer service.Now I am to spend another terrible night in pain.Inexcusable.

I am very pleased with Kavita, as she took my vitals and explained to me clearly .she is doing great job.keep it up.

I’ve been trying to call for the last 3 days. My children and I have COVID and we need medication. Appalling service. They never ever pick up there phone. My husband also needs medication every couple of months and we never seem to get a hold of them at all. Will defs be changing family doctors.
