Just got back from the Wellington premises and was told they do stone only which according to the website is not true ( we are after Acrylic) also not on the website is the fact you have to ring for an appointment to enter the showroom, would have been good to know before a wasted journey. I know we're at level whatever but there was not another soul around. He offered us next Tuesday, it's now Thursday!!Needless to say we'll be going elsewhere.

I recently had a benchtop installed by AGB Stone and it's awful. They smashed up brand new cabinets while installing the bench top and I have not received any contact from them at all, not even an apology let alone any compensation for smashing a brand new $600 cabinet. They also didn't put any seal between the benchtop and wall, leaving it looking cheap and shoddy. I would never recommend this company. They are crafty enough to demand full payment before delivery so they can just walk away from expensive damage and shoddy work.

We can not thank Mark and the team enough, after being let down by another supplier, the team at AGB stepped in and measured and installed our bench within 2 weeks.The final product, service and workmanship are amazing we love our new bench.Thanks again guys, would recommend these guys well above others in the area.

We found AGB stone Wellington outstanding with communication, time frames and will be highly recommending them to our friends and family. We are very pleased with our benchtop.

The instal of the initial bench was poor with seams that were 2 - 3 mm wide, completely uneven and just poor workmanship. I requested instantly that this be fixed. It took several follow ups for them to send someone. I had ordered a 2nd bench (before the problems emerged) and that was later installed after initial hicups with them getting the measurements wrong (although they tried to blame that on me, saying the cabinetry must have been moved as they've never ever made a mistake....). I can't fault the 2nd bench instal, that one looks great. However, I'm still waiting since Nov last year (8 months later!) to get the original issue resolved, and now one of the seams has started cracking and beaking up. I contacted them again and was told 'we are too busy to get back to you; we can put you in touch with someone and you'll have to pay as you still owe us money. Yes

Save your energy and go elsewhere. AGB Wellington were an absolute nightmare to put it lightly. We are very understanding people but the amount of mistakes made was a joke. Cut the first benchtop wrong. That was the last bench top for that design (which was picked well in advance). We rushed around and chose a different bench top. We were told the bench top was ordered and would arrive the following week, would take a few days to cut and then be installed. Lies. We called everyday to ensure it was ordered, time of the essence and tradies waiting for this to be completed. Followed up to ensure the bench top was being installed the day that AGB said and that is when we were told the stone bench top hadn’t even been ordered. That was 10 days wasted. They ‘rushed’ an order for the bench top which took longer than they promised, we met the installers on site. 1) the sink hole was cut way too big for our sink. 2) the cut out stone for the pop up plug wasn’t kept. 3) to make things worse the installers installed the back benchtop behind the island where the hob goes and the bench was uneven on one side, centimetres out, it wasn’t far from flush with our cabinetry?!?!!! What made it even worse was the installers went ahead and glued it in place anyway!!! We only realised hours later. Mistake after mistake. They then ordered another two bench tops incase they made another mistake with one of them and we had installation a week later. We were put 6 weeks behind of schedule because of their incompetence which cost us lots of money, upset and headaches. The cut for the pop up plug is very rough. Would not recommend. Mark was not good to deal with, he’s full of excuses and when pulled up is very rude and argumentative on the phone.

Ordered a top from Caleb and the AGB team.Couldn’t rate them high enough.As a builder doing my own kitchen,these guys/gals made it easy.Will be using them again for future work.
