I had two sessions with Liz Kirkman 7 days apart and found them to relieve some past challenges that I had buried and had become unknown baggage. Liz is a very calm and compassionate person and allows the sessions to unfold organically according to men situation and not some cookie cutter method. The method is a very light hands on and is guided by how your body is and the experience (I am thinking intuition) of Liz. I highly recommend a few sessions.

I saw Liz regularly for over 3 years at this practice - she was an absolute lifesaver! She is one of the most genuine and caring people I have ever met, and her wealth of knowledge surrounding the “issues in our tissues” is second to none. No matter what your ailment, Liz has an innate way of listening to your body and knowing what it needs. I can’t recommend her enough!

Getting a cranio treatment from Liz is one of the most calming and healing experiences I’ve had. Perfect to do in pregnancy or post, or whenever! She’s also been so wonderful with my little ones and I saw big shifts in them after our visits. Highly recommend!
