Got a ROG laptop for 650.. can't complain lol..Very helpful and great service.. been there a few times over the years and never anything bad to say about the service here

Had hopeless service from Computer Lounge next door, decided to give these guys a try. Great decision, Yao quickly understood the problem based on my information. I received a phone call back promptly that the problem had been resolved. I even asked a bit of how they did the fix I couldn’t do and they even shared that information. I am not going to be in a position I would need that information again and only asked out of curiosity but their transparency is a good indicator of the company. Also, unlike their neighbours, they actually pick up their phones and provide quick updates on your products. Pricing seemed fair considering they did such a great and fast job.

My experience with NZ Laptops was brilliant. I bought a second hand computer and it had an issue. One of the two rams were faulty and they gave super clear instructions to trouble shoot and have send me a replacement ram. The correspondence was great and they responded within an hour or so every time. Great customer support and I will buy here again. Glenn, thank you for the smooth transaction.
