Vicky and her team were amazing to deal with from the very start. The house was absolutely beautiful and looked exactly like it did in the photos. We will be using Stay Here for our accommodation in Queenstown when we return (which we will!!) Thank you Vicky.

Me and my partner loved the place! Clean and tidy, had everything we needed and was super handy to town. Vicky was lovely to deal with and we were treated like we were family. Definitely recommend and would use Stay here again in a heartbeat.

When visiting Queenstown spontaneously in December for NYE, Vicky was more than happy to let my husband and I stay in her own home as all their properties were fully booked out and they were away for the night (working). She went the extra mile to make us feel welcome, and made sure we had everything we needed. I have used ‘Stay Here’ in the past and it would always be my #1 pick when visiting Queenstown. Highly recommend to all!

I had such a fabulous & hospitable customer service experience while dealing with Vicky when booking our last holiday. Our accommodation was exactly as described. Clean, spacious, close to town. I received plenty of tips and advice on all the local hot spots from Vicky. I cannot recommend “Stay Here” highly enough, thanks for making my holiday so enjoyable! We will be back!

Do not go with them, if you decide not to go ahead, they will drag their feet in refund. You may have to report to fair trading to get the money back. It took me more that a year to get the refund, after reporting to the authority. Not worth a go!

Such a hospitable and enjoyable experience, can’t recommend enough. Great accomodation as advertised in a good location, hosted by a friendly, helpful and knowledgeable local who was a delight to deal with and made our holiday that much more enjoyable.
