Great communication - when the carpet cleaner was likely to be slightly delayed due to traffic before an earlier job, they gave me a heads up and then the carpet cleaner himself rang when he was leaving the previous job so I knew when to expect him. Very courteous, pleasant and did a fabulous job. Was great value too. Highly recommend.

Bathroom and Master bedroom got flooded. I called few carpet company but only Carpet Recovery was the only one to call me back. He came within two hours and get the job done. Mr Avery even come every day to make sure our old carpet is alright. I must say job very well done by them and very happy with their service. Will use them again if any accident with our carpet in future.
