The Warehouse Royal Oak

Not necessarily this specific Warehouse's fault but the company in general. I ordered a chair that came without the necessary pieces for assembly. After contacting support they told me to go to my local Warehouse which was in New Market. I then lugged this massive box on a bus to Newmarket where I was told they had no stock. No problem, they gave me a credit to take to the Royal Oak store where they apparently had it in stock. After arriving and waiting 5 minutes for someone to appear at the customer service desk I was told someone would go find it and I could wait at the entrance. I waited for about half an hour before being told they couldn't find it. Apparently the Sylvia Park store would have it but I wanted them to call and place it on hold for me so I didn't get a repeat incident. After waiting for like 10 minutes for them to get ahold of someone I was told no one was picking up and then was given a refund. I now need to take 2 busses and another half an hour out of my day to get back home with no chair. Plus I lost whatever it cost to get it shipped in the first place because that can't be refunded. I'm not one to easily get frustrated but this was a lot. The staff were at least all very nice. Alas it may be a while before I turn to the warehouse for anything again.

Outstanding customer service team at this Store.I wondered what to do about a Pedestal fan that had stopped working outside of its warranty period. We had hardly used it.I went to the store to find out if something could be done. I didn't need to stress or say anything more because Renee at the Customer service counter simply asked me for proof of purchase (which had totally faded) and asked if I wanted a refund or an exchange. I went back home to get the Fan for an exchange and this was handled by Chacaan who was equally efficient, gracious and wonderful. When I couldn't find the replacement Fan inside the store, she got one of her team to help me collect the new Fan from their outside area since it had just landed.The whole process was stress-free, hassle free and a pleasurable experience. The security woman is awesome help and the staff have great customer service. Good place to shop. As I live locally.

I waited at the tech department for 20 minutes, needing something in the locked cabinets, and didn’t get any help. Their staff are also extremely unhelpful and rude. If you hate your job, quit and find another one. It’s not our fault you hate your job so don’t take it out on us.

The Warehouse Royal Oak is great! Being one of the newer stores, it has a nicer fit out and is a lot more spacious. Couple that with great prices and now you’re cooking with gas.Hamish DorringtonKakapo Business Sales

Excellent place to shop your day today household stuff at good price. They have all the products with variety of range in quality and price. The staff is very helpful and kind. Plenty of place for car parks. Open 7 days a week. The entertainment section is good and now they have Warehouse SIM which uses 2 degree network and gives plans much cheaper plans.

Very bad customer service experience from warehouse royal oak . They have billed items and not leaving some of the items in the bag . If we didnt check properly before leaving out we will miss items and counter staffs will not call back and giving it . It happens twice from royal oak auckland warehouse . Please make sure they are putting your products after billing .

We've all experienced dire customer service somewhere along the way, but here, they make sure you know just how much they despise customers. I needed help finding something, so approached a staff member. Started with .. hi, excuse me .. to grab her attention, She looked at me like I was pond scum, turned away and continued folding things. I tried again, this time with a .. hi, how are you .. to grab attention. Again, a death stare, then ignored. Tried again, each time with a smile. The last try I got a what do you want" - so rude! I left
