Just a quick shout out to Kris for sorting out a delayed delivery. I'd ordered 2 items which hadn't arrived a week after the order. I sent an email to enquire about the delay and got an almost immediate response. One of my items was actually out of stock and was promptly replaced with a different flavour. Delivery was expedited and communication was prompt.As a business owner myself I know that things don't always go as planned - mistakes get made. Highly recommend supplements.co.nz. I had been a regular customer at the local retail store in Auckland, but when I needed a product delivered to Wellington, I purchased online via the website. Due to staff shortages and a mix up at NZ Post, the parcel was never delivered. I followed it up directly with NZ Post couriers as there was a tracking number, but with no response. I finally decided to contact the team at supplements.co.nz just to let them know what had happened in case it was part of a wider problem. I dealt with Loren who immediately took the problem into her own hands. The couriers confirmed the parcel was lost, so she resent a replacement without hesitation. The replacement arrived less than 24 hours later. Their customer service is exceptional with polite, efficient and prompt communication. Their products are great and are competitively priced. They have a customer for life.
