The motel manager is very accommodating. Room was clean with comfy beds. Easy parking. I left my headset behind and the manager called & text me to collect!

Such a good place to stay, my room was clean and warm. The bed was super comfortable with an electric blanket too.Will happily come back here in the future.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Apartments 118. The rooms were well presented at exceptionally clean, and the manager (I think his name was Rann) was most hopeful and accommodating and was able to answer any questions that I had. Will definitely stay there again next time I am in town.

Easy check in and the guy in the front desk was very helpful and super friendly .I could hear all the noises of people walking above the apartment and it was a bit irritating.Except that all good

Customer service was horrible didn't inform me of any information around what was in the room (cooking facilities in the room) and that there was no washing machine except for a communal one that was gross and then didn't inform me that the door locked automatically and when I tried to call to ask why I couldn't lock it from the inside to provide myself some safety they didn't answer their phone's. I had to sleep all night uncomfortable and without any security except for my bag's stacked against the door.

Good location with sufficient amenities. Friendly staff. Spacious deluxe apartment. Well equipped kitchen. Absolute great, would recommend to my friends.

Room very dirty, feet marks on the bath, sink not cleaned, handprints on the wall ect. Pillow cases ripped.
