Bought some of their verde sausages (with coriander) from Tauranga farmers' market and made them into a caserol with lentils. Delish! Quality ingredients from ethically rearer animals, made with care and attention. Recommended!

Met Bruno at the Farmers market to buy some of his creations and they were all sold out! So went to the Snag and met Nico, who shows us their awesome collection of meat in all types and forms. We bought 4 types of sausages and chimi sauce. It is a tiny great store to fulfill your wishes in having the best handmade sausages in the region, if not, in the whole country. Success boys, you made our day!

My first order came after 3 days of posting, the late arrival was due to current delays experienced by the posties.. I emailed the team at ‘The Snag Co’ and they immediately called and advised me not to eat the sausages and they will courier a new batch on the following week. The sausages are very tasty, and I am very happy with the customer service I received. I will be ordering again.
