Do not stay here. We got scammed into staying 2 night as they prioritised “long stays” as it was busy. Yet it was half full. Overpriced for a non powered site. Only one toilet block was open so a long walk to toilets. The river was contaminated to “toxic levels” yet everyone still swam (our choice) but the downside was not being able to rinse off in a cold shower on a 30 degree day. Had to pay 50c for the shower otherwise no water comes out and it was scolding hot and couldn’t be adjusted (too hot for our friends to bath their baby). We were greeted by a 8 year old at the office upon check in who told us to find the manager. Upon finding the manager she was chasing us and yelling at us that we “drove straight past the office”. Through over hearing conversation between the managers/s they had started drinking Jack Daniels and it was only 12pm. We ended up leaving a day early. The horrible managers (who we also witnessed yelling at other guests) set the uncomfortable tone for the whole campsite. Save your money and don’t support this business

We spent an amazing Easter at the Geln Tunnel Holiday Park. The facilities were super clean and our tent sites were so spacious. Nathan and Tina were great hosts and we had a blast exploring the water hole and the local hot spots (washpen falls and Methven). Thanks for everything and see you again. JAY FAMILY.

I used to come this holiday park every year with my family when I was a kid so it was very nostalgic being back again after 17ish years! The cabin was warm & very comfortable, the grounds & amenities were well maintained and Nathan was a breeze to deal with from booking to check out. Looking forward to coming back again :)

Great camp ground . Friendly helpful staff . An ideal place for our music gatherings . Couldn't ask for better. See you Labour weekend.

What a fantastic holiday park! Super dog friendly and possibly the cleanest toilet and shower facilities I have ever seen in a campground! Loved it so much we've already re-booked. Fantastic well kept facilities, gorgeous location plus Nathan & Tina are super helpful owners. Highly recommend.

First time in years going to a caravan park. Was spoiled by drunken loud neighbour's. Ground had been newly mowed so grass got through everything lots of trees so dead leaves as well. We're not told about music event in the domain right next door so loud music till late and again in early morning. Toilets etc all clean and tidy. Will try somewhere else next time as not peaceful break. Disappointing.
