Spacious area, very tidy and clean. Menu was disappointing because there were 3 options that weren't available. Had the fish tacos, these were very bland even with the spicy sauce. Beef nachos were nice, Mince had a lot of flavor. Good size tea pots for herbal tea.My Vaccine pass was checked upon arrival, I sat and waited for my Mum. When she arrived, we went to the counter to order food and then the guy asked me for my pass again. I said I showed you but he said he's the only one that checks them and he didn't check mine so insisted. I showed him and then he said he remembered my name and that he did check it.I haven't been here for a while and wanted to check it out because people have spoken about the new owners and the food. Wasn't the best experience but I will return to see if my thoughts will change.

Opening night for dinner and we couldn't be more happy! This is my new favorite place. Seafood Fettucine, lamb shank and pepper squid. All perfectly cooked. Very generous meals

Having a work function, the food was so nice and hot, well presented and very very filling, the salads was so fresh.The service, from the bartender, kitchen hand, waiters, servers and especially our 2 hosts was so on point, very very well looked after and accommodated.First time dining at Nexus and yes defos won't be the last. Thank you all for an amazing night, from beginning- end.

Really disappointed. Ordered big breaky with hollandaise. Poached eggs were solid as a rock. Hollandaise was cold , not heated at all. Mushrooms were in what WAS a flower based sauce but was attempted to reheat and was a lumpy dry cold mush. Eggs covered in balsamic vinegar! Tomatoes were whole, not fried just cold and raw . Three meals , three u happy people leaving hungry and a waste of $90 and never waited so long for a meal in our lives ! Place was not busy either . Waitress was lovely and meal was presented nicely .

Food was lovely, seafood pasta only had 1 prawn in it so felt ripped off other than that everything was great.
