Majority of the staff are great, but the odd one doesn't even greet you at the checkout even if you do say hello. Over priced watermelon segments for $9 per kg is disgusting but the freshness of their fruit and vegetables and selection of bakery items is pretty good. But still customer service is lacking in a minor few staff members which is the main reason for only getting a 2 star review

Handy for the small shops that you end up doing midweek. Nice fresh veges and fruit. They have self-serve checkouts too!

Always great going into Freshchoice Green Island lovely friendly staff and a very great with regular shoppers just last week while shopping there was asked how my son was as they had not seen him for awhile. In tears I had to inform this lovely staff member that he had passed away she then relayed it to other staff that had missed his presence. They were so lovely but you had to know my son he was friendly with everyone and anyone he would befriend strangers, elderly neighbours always ready to put a smile on anyone's face always bought a smile to the ladies at this store as he always ask how they were and wished them a good day but he also had a very cheeky side and was a mummies boy even at the age of 42. He is missed by so many and many of his friends still keep in touch most I have never met but better get back to store they are the most wonderful and friendly ladies. To end I am doing OK.

Busy wee supermarket, takes a bit to find things when you're not use to the store. Quite busy and plenty of staff about to ask for help. But whatever happened to tartare sauce??

First time in Fresh Choice G.I . Went to get some Watties kiwi roast vegetables, unfortunately they were sold out, On special so not surprised. Luckily we had a look at the meat selection and found what we were planning to buy for Xmas day. I am certain we will be back. Check out staff were friendly and really helpful.

Unfortunately I was served by Lorraine. If it wasn’t for being my local supermarket I wouldn’t be back there. I had dropped an item down an isle and I had gone up to Lorraine and genuinely apologise as I work at a supermarket and know how frustrating it is to clean up spills at a busy time. She gave me an awful look and called over the loud speaker to ask someone to clean it up, all while giving me an awful stare. I was buying beers and a couple of other things and she immediately asked if I had ID, I am in my early 20s so I was happy to pass it over, but she continued to interrogate me as if it was a fake. Yes it’s fine to think that, although I look no different in my picture and it did not need to be so rude and blunt as if I was a criminal. I’ve always found Lorraine rude when I’ve been there. Super disappointing and unnecessary.
