An online purchase where I made an error and ordered a wrong ink cartridge. So it turned into a debacle as I was led on a hunt to return the cartridge, and after 4 weeks was told it hadn't been returned. I had the parcel tracked and told them of the date and time it was delivered. Finally they agreed that it had been returned, but they couldn't credit the funds, but could hold the funds in credit for future purchases. Now to 6 weeks, and I told them they could refund my money. Finally they agreed and returned the full amount. No future purchases with this crew, as all they wanted was the money, and to hell with customer service.

Had to so much research to buy a cartridge.... didn't know these guys made so so simple to buy, receive and use. I was hesitant because their prices are quite low: the quality is great, the delivery came sooner than expected. 0 problems and a piece of mind... I know where to buy all next cartridges now.
