I can't recommend Pete's Takeaways, Mark and the team enough. We (My wife and I, plus our extending family and grand children) have had a horrible few months with the septic tank over flowing and issues with drainge.The team has been helpful, informative and their advice is second to none. The problem has been indentified and we are on the way to resolving the problem. Without their expert advice and knowledge we would have been struggling to sort this out ourselves.Their care and support for us can't be counted in money. They were so responsive, timely and really took the time to identifiy the problem.Thanks again for all of us...

This company is great. They were helpful, positive and friendly and did a great job. A guy called Jaz turned up with a tanker, it was clear he was hard working and proud to be part of a great team. After a while it was also clear that the owners and managers of Pete Takeaways value and cared for their staff , Jaz was proud to be a part of the company and he felt that his bosses looked after him very well. It was a pleasure to meet Jaz and I would highly recommend this forward thinking positive and professional company. Thanks, Stefan.

Well it’s nice to see customer service is still alive. Firstly Jo answered the phone and her lovely manor was a joy to make a booking for a septic tank clean. Well Troy and Anton arrived and from the get go were obviously very experienced and shared their knowledge of do’s and don’ts of septic tank use. Right to the end when I rang to thank them and mark answered the phone, yet another lovely person. I can’t recommend this business enough. Thanks again team, we’ll use you again and next time there will be coffee and scones on offer.

Friendly and professional team who went over and above to service our septic system. The driver who turned up was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to do a good job and provide advise for the maintenance of our system. I would highly recommend Pete's to my family and friends.

The Takeaway team organized and performed a quick and efficient emptying of a full septic tank at short notice and just after a level 3 lock-down (where work had no doubt backed up as much the septic tank :-). Friendly and efficient staff who did a first rate job. Many thanks!

10/10 mark at Pete's takeaways Is the man.Our septic lines were blocked. I had rung 4 other local plumbers. They were all too busy and offered no advice. But we can come next week"A 5 min phone call to mark. He gave me some advice and 20 mins later I had blockage cleared and we were away! If it wasn't for mark we would have spent days with no toilet or waste water! Thank you mark!"

If you need your septic tank cleaned these guys are who you need, we are in Katikati..no problem. We called Pete's Takeaways and straight away dealing with Mike on the phone we knew this was going to be a great service. They confirmed all details booked a time with me, the driver turned up and was really professional the job was done really quickly with zero after work needed by me, the place was spotless.
