DC Automative is the place to go! Whether you live in Ilam or on the other side of town it is absolutely worth the trip to have Dean and the team look after you.Exceptional customer service, always greeted with a smile, Dean is consistently generous with his time and never makes you feel like an inconvenience.On top of this customer service they have a extremely high level of expertise that will never disappoint with the result. Dean is also very honest and will give you the best advice regardless of whether it benefits him or not.100% this is the place to go for your next mechanical or WOF needs. Highly recommend!!

Overcharged me $50 for replacement battery - did not disclose the information, I had to go asking.Takes 5 hours instead of the claimed couple hours, to then not do the job and ask to do it another day after having booked the service a week in advance.Takes another 5 hours to get done and contacting me.Mechanic, claimed that my service would be less than $500 and would only be a few hundred dollars. It was approximately $580 - $50 discount from being previously overcharged, so $530.Horrible parking arrangements.Super friendly staff though, offered a free check up service in 3 months.

I took my truck in for a warrant and a service this is just around the corner from me and I knew there was a new owner..All I can say is WOW !! These guys were so friendly I didn’t even have an appointment and I could see they were busy but they were honest and said we can do this today but it would be later in the day before the service was done,I came back at 5 o’clock new Warrant full service all oil changed motor,diff, adjust brakes and all sorts of other stuff and so friendly 1 hours labour plus oil.Unbelievable best service, attitude and price I’ve ever seen. I don’t do reviews but this time I had too. Craig Adair . Impressive

I wanted to say thank you to DC Automotive. Called them today as my daughters car had an issue. Asked me to bring the car in same day. Fixed the issue. Thanks to Dean who was really friendly and explained the issue to my 18 year old daughter. Highly recommended.
