Sofitel Spa

This spa is incredible. Every single person I met in the spa was kind, warm and went out of their way to make the experience special. My facial included a wonderful foot, shoulder and hand massage and my therapist was one of the best I've ever had. She really cared about what she was doing and was so professional and a truly lovely woman. Please pass on my gratitude to her - she is such an asset to your business. I also arrived early and used the pool and sauna - well worth doing if you have the time. Very clean as well, with copious amounts of fresh towels and everything you could need, from deodorant to quality moisturiser and hair wash. I will definitely be back xx

Newly renovated (2020) very clean and tidy gym, pool, spa, showers, sauna and massage facilities. 5-star rating no questions!

We went there for a spa and lunch package which was an amazing deal they had at the time. $199 for a 60-min facial or massage plus a 3-course lunch at La Maree afterwards. They offer free 4-hr valet parking for non-hotel guests too if your treatment is 60mins or more. The facial was so relaxing and great for the skin. You can chill at the lounge with a cuppa tea afterwards. Then up can use their shower and sauna facilities as well. Lunch was also delicious. Loved the experience. They only down side is that the changing area is quite small and very open to everyone else. I would prefer some privacy at the changing area. But you always use the toilet cubicles.

I’ve had the pleasure of experiencing several treatments at this spa. The service is always lovely, with the courteous staff offering refreshments and other comforts such as a blanket when relaxing in the relaxation area. The spa is serene and beautifully designed, and the facilities are luxurious.I have been treated to a deluxe pedicure as a couple, a Sothy’s exhilarating massage, and a pregnancy massage and hydrating facial. I recommend arriving early to soak up the beautiful hotel surroundings, refreshment in hand, and to relax in the sauna in preparation for your treatment.I look forward to my next visit!

Very friendly, clean, calm and beautiful view. Massage was a amazing experience for my mother and law.Missing some plants and more chairs around the spa. Need to refill and look more after shower and beauty products.i love it, I will definitely go back.

So Spa is the best in Auckland! Facility wise, customer service wise, it ranks 1 in my opinion. Went there with my wife, got impressed with all the luxury atmosphere we've got. Will definitely revisit this place!! Best hotel spa in New Zealand!
