5 stars all aroundhear alot of bad things about vtnz's, i had to come here as it was a green sticker wof. i failed the first time (fairly) and passed the second after making the required adjustments.The mechanics/testers are good blokes and the staff at the front were friendly too.The wait times were great considering both days were fridays, overall very happy with this branch and can recommend

Whack vtnz, took car in for a wof and they failed me for a slightly broken mirror that had been that way for 3 years. Took it to the toyota dealership instead and what do ya know, it passed. Hope it was worth the 40 bucks, not coming back here.

i got my wof done here recently and it was really good. i got no comments and was really happy about it. the guy also said that Ma'a Nonu was his neighbour and that his hair was cool, i certainly agree with this claim. the guy infront of me in lines wife had died hours before and he was trying to change the ownership of the car over to him from her. they couldnt do this however since the car was already in his name. i am unsure about other services from this center as i just wanted a wof and thats all i got

Fixed everything on my car after failed cof. Went back for recheck after finishing early from work. Was returned back at 4.15 advising not taking more cars. Should have mentioned on the website do not take more cars after 4 or closed at 4. Would have only taken them 2 minutes to recheck my car. Disappointed.

Rude staff here on the counter.Most of thier time is spent laughing and talking among themselves while ignoring waiting customers.This place is a joke....Careful of the blond haired lady shes nasty.

I finish work early and turn up at 3:20 on Tue. Told they won't be taking anymore cars. Only 1 car is in the line. Told by reception it will take all day to finish the last 4 cars. I beg them to squeeze me in they say no. I Rock up to VTNZ down Thordan Quay same day at 4:10 behind 8 cars, no problem at all. There were only 2 techs at the 2nd Vtnz and they coped np at all. Wth guys?

Desperately need more staff. Don’t come here if you’re in a hurry. Queue never got below 4+ people long while I was there. Fine if you’re desperate because you missed a WOF date etc, but is $10-20 cheaper at a mechanic, so go there if you can.
