Phi therapy massage - Customs st

Had a really bad backache, made worse because masseur was too forceful. I thought maybe trust my masseur to know and adjust but that was a mistake. I guess I was just unlucky.

Went in as a walk in customer with really sore feet, after 30mins, my feet felt so much better. I would definitely return to try other massage options. Very clean shop.

Hi paid for a teep tissue massage got sandpaper style skin rub they tried three different masseuses but known had been received proper or any trained very disappointing

Thanks to Grace & Sam, who were happy to accommodate walk in massage for couple at short notice. I had a wonderful deep tissue back, neck & shoulder massage. Highly recommend Sam - very strong, fantastic massage. Husband had leg massage from Grace - relieved a lot of tightness from running. Phi Therapy is spotlessly clean and we highly recommend to all. We’ll be back soon!

I was soo lucky that a very kind person stayed overtime to look after me. After two days of horrific migraine pain that was beyond anything to cope with I went here for a deep tissue massage with oil and essential oils. Deep tissue massage is in itself quite painful when you have big spots of tension, which I had from limping due to a broken toe. Simon got into those knots and now the next day I woke with no migraine. If I hadn't gone I was heading for a 5 day cluster of migraines with a dash of out of body balance due to limping.I cannot thankyou enough the relief from that pain was worth every second of the deep tissue massage. Highly recommend 20 out of 10.

Always had a great massage here. Really relaxing environment inside (despite some of the city noises outside) and professional therapists.Often they are able to accomodate walk-ins. Will definitely be returning!

60 minute massage felt like a chest massage opted for full body but got a half arsed massage me and my partner were not satisfied seems like the massagers don’t enjoy their jobs as they didn’t do a proper full massage and skipped a lot as we usually get an amazing massage on Queen st we thought we would try phi therapy out and disappointed we just got our massage today at 1pm and left feeling like we wasted money next time we will stick to our usual spot on Queen st
