Told me one price on the phone after viewing photos and confirmed in writing via text messaage of payment price, but when they arrived they offered substantially less then agreed on. The tow truck driver who came to collect vehicle told me thats their standard practice so you wont sell the car. Misleading and dishonest company DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM.

Quoted one price then didn't collect when they said they would and when I chased them up they said they'd only give me half the original quote. Never had any paperwork either. Don't recommend.

Disgraceful business. Staff member took several hours to inspect my vehicle and had to ask for approval from the boss. Finally wrote me an invoice to collect and make payment the following day.I had to make multiple phone calls the following day to chase them and was advised the driver was on his way". No show in the end. Utter waste of time.Make sure they don't do the same thing to you! This business should be banned from trading."

The most unreliable service. They didn't turn up to collect my car on the arranged time this morning at 9am. Phoned them and got some idiot on the phone who didn't sound professional at all. Told him that no one has turned up, he said that he would find out what happened and call me back. 10 mins later I phoned them again, told them I couldn't wait because I had a busy day ahead of me, so I thought I would arrange another time this afternoon. Got the same idiot on the phone who whilst on the phone with me, talked to someone else in a foreign language, yelling on the phone, then finally comes back to me and tells me 3pm. The phone manner sux. Again, no one turns up. This is the most unreliable service and unprofessional company I have come across.Unhappy customer.

I sold my diesel Nissan navara to this company.Top service and very professional.Recommend them to all my friends if they have any broken wreck.Would recommend them to you as well.Good money they pay compare to others.
