Person who answered the phone was friendly enough but Darrens have an $80 call out fee (during the week - normal business hours). Fee to be paid on arrival before quote is even given.One phone call later and someone else is going to get paid...

Paid $85 call out fee up front, they came ,didn't fix it, still waiting to hear from them 4 weeks later.Also thought it was Darren's Appliances in fact it was B and M who we did not want to use
