Unique Skin and Body

Have been a client here since November 2022. Today, I missed my appointment due to a medical emergency. I Called them as soon as I was able to access my phone and realised I had missed the appointment which I had pre-paid. Explained the circumstances and apologized as I understand this had inconvenienced them and asked to re-book. Was told they could fit me in tomorrow but I would have to pay for another appointment as this was a no show. Completely understand where they were coming from and it is clearly stated that the full fee for no shows is charged if you fail to attend, but this was an emergency and not intentional or just because I forgot. Zero flexibility or goodwill shown. For that alone, I do not recommend.

I left the salon feeling well looked after and listened to today after my treatment with Lynne. I've had ongoing treatment and needed advice as to my next steps, Lynne was able to use what she knew about me already to come up with a plan that I'm really happy with. Such personalised treatment in a city beauty salon is hard to come by!

I got to have the pleasure of having Taneisha and she did an amazing job on my eyebrows! I will be back again soon!Highly recommend this place :)

Thank you Team Unique Skin and Body! I had their De-Float massage last night... absolutely BLISS.... first full night sleep in weeks and my body feels very relaxed - I didn't know how tense I was. HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for any service. They are all lovely ladies and make you special. Once again, thank you!

My wife and I had a fantastic massage this morning with Angel and our other therapist (sorry I can't recall her name!). We both had great massages, and our massage therapists were very understanding and accommodating of our needs (medical conditions etc.)
