Very prompt & efficient service.Excellent

We had a random software issue/bug/virus that our previous support company could not find.We had been advised by a colleague that we should try Tech-Rescue.Despite it being after business hours ( it was after 8.00pm) the ph was answered promptly and by the time we opened up for business in the morning ( 7.30 am) the problem had been identified and fixed.We have since used them for a variety of other issues ( Security , network problems and a backup issue and they were all fixed promptly. I can't recommend Rusli and his team enough...friendly and very prompt. Nothing seems to be a problem for them.

I found them to be an experienced and dedicated bunch. They are specially expert in .NET projects. Highly recommended for business projects. I won't hesitate to give them more work in the future.
