Will never spend another dollar here. Terrible customer service. Tried to discuss a credit/refund face to face when I was going to spend a further $250 here. Had common sense been applied over a $22.90 credit of a returned full cartridge I wouldn’t have to let everyone else know to shop elsewhere! Had you looked after a local customer not treated them like an idiot you wouldn’t have this bad review. I do 100% refunds on customised goods in my business which can’t be resold (unlike your refillable cartridges) when required to keep customers as happy as possible. You have much to learn about customer service.

This provider has had unfair reviews so I'm putting the record straight. Ink cartridge costs are humongous so a cheaper and reliable source is a great help. I've known Janice and her staff since she took over the Invercargill branch about 5 years ago. They always have the right advice. If the Invercargill branch doesn't have the item I need they order it from head office and personally deliver to my door. They also sell, and provide reliable ongoing advice, on reliable printers. They know what works because they have constant and ongoing customer feedback. There's nobody in town does a better ink and printer service. I have no vested interest in the business. I just want to put the record straight.

Good service

The owner was absolutely amazing. So kind and helpful and went above and beyond to help me fix my broken printer. When it was clear it could not be saved, he helped me pick out a new one and get me set up. He saved me tons of time and money and was pretty entertaining along the way. Thank you!!

Went in last week. Very poor customer service. Lady with blonde hair and glasses seemed aggressive. Not happy
