Customer service is always fantastic. They are always friendly greeting you with a smile. Tea is a bit too sweet but you cant change that as it's just a syrup. Would definitely shop here again

They have really good customer service . After buying some bubble tea at the Thursday night market . I had my hand full so decided to ask them for a bag . They gave me one for free. I also bought a metal boba straw for just $6.50 ! Omg what a bargain , I was impressed how cheap it was . I thought it would be at least $9 !

They have the regular bubble/iced teas on the menu, but they have a good selection of loose leaf tea for sale as well. I picked up a box of gaba oolong which I've only ever seen on taiwan-based online stores (usually very expensive), very reasonably priced as well.

Nice vibe, entered in and it smelled amazing. The tea however, was mediocre at best. Not amazing for the price, the two totalled to $20 which is very bad pricing imo. Don't recommend but if u rlly need it, it's not bad. The prices are also the small size, upsize for an unknown amount of dollars... Their menu is very weird I must say...

So happy there is a Teasme in Hornby. Best bubble tea in town. The new caramel brown sugar pearls are awesome. I was told it's only best when it's freshly cooked so I have them while it's hot and fresh in my fav fresh milk and teas.
