Karen is wonderful at the work that she does and I love her approach. EFT has been transformational for me. Would highly recommend!

I have had a couple sessions with Karen so far and cant recommend her enough .Within 1 hour we had made more progress than 10 counciling sessions .Felt very comfortable talking about my difficulties with her and she was very good at identifying my limiting thoughts and beleifs .
