I have only ordered once yet, but I'm so happy with the experience I wanted to leave a review to balance out all the bad ones I have read here before I decided to sign up.I'm in the Waikato and I had no issues apart from the address had a tiny hick-up in the system, I have contacted customer support to ensure the hick-up won't cause a problem with delivery, I've had a response within 2hrs, it was nice and I had no problems with the delivery.I've spent less than I would have had in Pak'nSave where I usually shop. I have ordered a Seasonal Fruit & Veggie box (Small) and everything arrived nicely, they taste amazing. It's really good value for the quality and quantity I have received.I didn't order any meat, so can't comment on that.The shipping was free because I have signed up for membership. Shipping would have been $15 for one order, and the membership is $14 for a month with cashback on order and free shipping over $70. So that was a no brainer.From order to delivery it was less than 24hrs for me, although I have seen that the weekend delivery slots were full.I do want to mention that Supie has price guarantee, however, only on matching brands. Which means they only stock branded products and those are the ones they sell cheaper by about $1 than other stores under price guarantee. That means if the stores' own brands are cheaper than those branded, than they very well might still be cheaper than at Supie's. In my case, this affected soy milk. So I didn't buy everything at Supie, but with Supie I would only need to drop to an other grocery store once a month to stock up on those things that are cheaper elsewhere.For me, Supie's main value is the awesome value on produce, the seasonal bundles, buying from the smaller producers, and the sustainability.I will definitely buy again.

Changed rating from 5 to 4 star because four were bruised.An employee didn't try hard to impress a first time perishable food order didn't show enough care or attention when placing the banana bunch at the bottom of the box two were bruised one of them split opened.This seasonal semi mystery box was packed with 9 carrots and 3 cucumbers I'd hoped for these 5 carrots and 2 cucumbers to be substituted with 1/2 a cabbage instead to go with our boilup.It comes across as a negative review with a 5 star rating really reflects on everything being fresh delivered the next day and our non perishable food were packed well.I no doubt will order again from Supie and picture's staged.

Brilliant service! I don't mind being flexible if items out of stock. Great for pantry basics, milk, cereal, bread, eggs & meat all well priced. Lots of kiwi brands not seen in competition supermarkets. I am happy to support as long as it takes to stop the duopoly! Good on you Supie and your great team working hard down in Wiri

I believe in the ethos and values of Supie and have used 4 times now. Good quality products. My only negative feedback would bethat they often don't have many of the products I order and I don't know until a few hours before delivery. Also refunds for unavailable products takes 2 weeks to get to my account. I'm not sure the hassle is any improvement on regular supermarket online delivery.

Order got canceled because items are out of stock". Yet the bundle I ordered is still available on their website. Don't hand out $25 vouchers + $20 referral credits if you don't want people to use them. Good first experience for sure!Edit: Get out of here with your fake PR answer. My order was 100% genuine

My partner and I are shopping at Supie dor while, in most of the time the order is OK. We tried to support them as everyone know the NZ Supermarkets issues.I think they can do better job on their side to have a better pick up system or more stuff to avoiding a lots of mistakes on customer orders.I hope Supie teams understand lots of people here to support them, so make it better.

We have been using Supie as our main grocery provider for about a year now, and we absolutely love it. Their prices are comparable if not better than the big chain supermarkets, their fruit and veges that arrive are always great quality, and I am a huge fan of their sustainable practises and how they package their items and reuse all the boxes each week. We will continue to root for them and order from them weekly as we are big fans of what they're achieving as a small business taking on the big players in the food industry.

I’ve been using Supie for the majority of my grocery needs for almost a year (started July 2022).I absolutely love it. The price and quality of the products beat those of the duopoly stores and the online site is easy to navigate.The deliveries arrive in good condition and on the rare occasion that something has gone wrong, the customer support team (real people!) reply quickly and solve the issue.One improvement suggestion would be more flexible delivery times and improved tracking of orders. Other than that, all good.

Updated 14/06 - Title : Scam, Avoid.I had signed up to Supie as a first time user. My order got cancelled, even though all the various items were in stock. Lost my referral bonus too $20. I did email them to see what was going on, but no response. I would not recommend.Update: No response from Supie. Placed order 23/05, Ordered Cancelled 24/05, Still no refund 31/05 (for the amount charged to my CC)Update 2: 01/06 Cahan (Customer Experience Manager) finally responded via email, said the refund is on it's way".Furthermore in the email
