They have changed the brake fluid and handed over my car which did not brake unless the brake pedal touched the floor. I’m not joking. Terry test drove and said that this is expected! Again, not joking! He also did not want to deal with it and fix and told me to come back another day.

After an unfortunate break down coming over the Kaimais on my way back to Gisborne, I got my car towed into to Bay Automotive after a recommendation. I'm glad I went here, Terry without question let me borrow a car for the week to get back to Gisborne while he looked over my car. By the time I got home, I had an answer (the car was buggered) but I'm so thankful he lent me a car to get back and saved my arse with work.Thanks Terry, really appreciate the help.

These guys know their stuff. We take high end Italian and German cars to them and they just fix them. They talk the issues over, then solve them. Pricing is reasonable. Service is excellent. Skills are tops. Courtesy is 100%. We have been using them for 15 years and always use them. To have technicians of the calibre in Tauranga is fantastic

Classic example of a team that will always go that one step further. They educated me along the way while my car had problems, kept me in the loop and helped me to have the best outcome possible.
