The employees here do not know their own menu. I ordered the loaded wedges and they did not put sour cream on them although that's what the menu said. I also got a combo with a drink, chips and dip but they insisted it didn't come with dip even though their menu says it does and displays the dip. The food itself was good but you are not getting what's advertised or what you pay for. They said they couldn't do anything because the manager isn't here". Yikes. Wouldn't eat here again."

Friendly service, good choices for vegetarian as well (before security) at Auckland airport. Good for any meal be it breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner.

Worse take out ever hardly anything left on their menu. No smoothies only 3 sauces to choose from for your salad no mayo. Staff were lovely and helpful with what resources they had.

My food was great and the service I received from the male was great. However, the customer service I received from the female was over the top and condescending. What I found more disturbing was how she was speaking to her colleagues, I would class it as bullying and just plain rude. I don’t know if she was the manager for the day, but I don’t think standing at the counter barking orders at her colleagues, interrupting while they are talking to customers and taking their orders and constantly making snarky comments to them. I was also told that I should be happy they had any sauces/dressings to choose from as I was taking a moment to decide which dressing I wanted as my usual had run out.It’s definitely put me off returning as a customer which is a shame for me I guess as I lose an option for lunch while at work now.

Ceaser Pita was horrendous, sauce was water, no flavour. I wanted to change my order and the server looked at me like it was the end of the world.

It's really tasty and healthier that any other thing on the airport, specially for breakfast. It just need some instructions, think about it like the subway, you order in one place and say everything you want on your pita.

They have halal options, which I can't find any other place at the Auckland international terminal offering. The halal chicken was prepared on a separate grill only for halal options. We had Chick n Fala and Chicken tenders and they're both wonderful. Good portions and really delicious.
