Mainline Electrical (WN)

Needed an electrician in a hurry due to mums estate needing finalising and a new oven sorted and the team at Mainline were fantastic. The sparky arrived exactly when he was meant to and did the job quickly and efficiently. I will definitely use them again in Wellington and the cost of the work done was very reasonable. Thank you to the Mainline team for making it easy to sort the issues out ASAP.

I have used Mainline Electrical three times recently and each time they looked after me with prompt, professional, quality solutions. The reception staff were really friendly, and excellent at arranging an appointment that suited me. Electrician John came out under urgency to sort out water damaged outdoor lighting that had blown in a Wellington storm, and fixed it fast. He later added a remote control to the garage lights, and some more outdoor lighting for our garden with dual switches at the front and back door to make things more convenient for us. John and his trusty helper climbed around my old house into difficult roof and cellar spaces to make electrical connections and they left the place clean and tidy. I would recommend Mainline Electrical without hesitation. Value for money too, given the health and safety requirements contractors have to address these days. Thank you Mainline Electrical.

I used to recommend Mainline to friends and family. There are many professional and capable electricians out there, but Mainline used to have top admin staff, whoes kindness and willingness to help made the difference to everyone else. To my greatest surprise, this has now changed for rude and bully costumer service representatives. Unfortunately, I won't use Mainline anymore and I will tell everyone to stay away from them.

Put in an online request and within a day I had a booking and within two days, my new oven was connected. The onsite electrician did a great job.

One of your team came around in August and replaced a faulty switch, put in a bathroom light and heater. I'd like to compliment him on the great service. When I got home from work everything was completed exactly as we had discussed and he had done a great job of cleaning up when he’d finished. And he was on time in the morning. It was a great experience in service.

We have used Mainline Electrical a number of times for our two Wn apartments - every time the team are really responsive, always on time and good value. We found working with them easy - right down to our being able to send photographs of problem fittings so that they knew what they were dealing with. I definitely recommend their team.
