My Blitz Mt. Roskill

Jess (I think that’s her name) is an absolute gem!!! She goes above and beyond with customer service. The vape I had is not what they sell but she let me know where the issue was with my vape (coil) and put my mind at ease. She’s an asset to your team.

I love love love the women working here. Always had nothing but excellent customer service from them whenever I go there. Wish I knew her name but especially shout out to the lovely lady there yesterday at around 4, you're always so sweet and helpful - thank you so much!

Well my experience with one staff member Jess, she's amazing friendly knows the products very well presented and 10 out of 10 for customer service.

The female worker who works there is so unprofessional, probably the worst customer service i have ever experienced, i saw her verbally abusing another customer in front of other people. so unprofessional. The other workers who assume are only males are so chill and can actually vibe with and way more helpful.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour by the Female staff member. Sold me a faulty product and tried to return it within the hour of buying it and she refused it. I advised her to check the product, which she did and even she couldn’t make it work. She still refused to offer me a replacement or refund obviously she was unaware of Consumer rights over a product. She then called me a “b@$ch” and argued with me in front of multiple customers, finally the other male worker gave me a replacement (which by law I’m entitled too) but only after at least 15 minutes of her verbally abusing me. Disgusting behaviour and definitely gives the store a bad look.

Just discovered Blitz when looking for a place to buy cigars. Love this store and it's kinda dark, underground vibe. Staff really friendly and helpful. Talk of a lounge room upstairs to unwind, hope it happens, hope to see you there.Carolyn

Store is close so I've interacted with various staff - I go in for vape stuff. They have received very poor training. None of them have any product knowledge, even if you look the product up beforehand you need to know where it is, because often they don't. They have no idea what they are selling. Once they couldn't find a product in their system and basically had to guess the price - looked it up later and I was overcharged by a few bucks. I've never met anyone knowledgable, if you ask what is your cheapest vape that fits an 18650 battery" they say "what?" You respond "what is your cheapest vape that accepts a battery" they will try to sell you a vape with a non removable built in battery. I have had multiple similar experiences. They have been friendly enough with me
