The online pickup service is poor considering the amount I paid & travelling from the other side of Auckland, from my observation the staff just seem they dont like working there, clearly there is a lack of communication, missing items, do you even check the order before you pack??!! Whats the point in offering an online service when your order is never ready or that its missing an item on pickup! Id suggest checking your order before leaving to make sure you have your entire order.

The food is good but the portion sizes vary quite a lot depending on the day, hence making it hard for me to know how much to order.The photo is of:- 1 x Andrew’s combo (1 fish, half chips, 4 nuggets)- 2 x snapper

Bloody rude customer service. I phoned today to enquire about price for snapper fillets. I phoned the number on google and pressed 1 for shop or takeaway. A very rude Indian lady answered and said you have to call another number. When I asked her for the number she said she can’t help and hung up. I called a few times after and pressed option 2 for “Ali” but no answer.

Such a great value! Fresh and tasty. Chips are pretty thick, so I just recommend putting more salt.

The best place to have great fresh fish & seafood. I am always fascinated by the range of fish they offer. Especially the live lobsters/ Cray's. The thing I enjoy the most is their fish & chips. They always use fresh fish not frozen. This one factor is what separates them from any other fish & chips shop. Their fries are lovely & great 90% of the times. They never smell of stale or burnt oil. So that's a huge plus point for them always. The staff are excellent & very friendly. The fish shop is a wee bit crowded & passageways are a bit narrow, could do with some rearrangement giving a good flow to the wares/ cashier/fillet station. They always have admirable large prawns & other shellfish. The freezers are well stocked & have superb choices. Overall a great place.

Heard good things about the fish and chips here. However didn't have a good experience.Fish was very dark coloured seems old, the squid rings may aswell have been eating rubber in a tone on batter ..The only good thing was the batter was crunchy and good.

I'm never disappointed, unless I get there too late. Fish always fresh and chips done just the way my wife likes. A win-win

Insanely delicious take out! Seriously the most decadent battered snapper I've ever eaten!! Never disappoints.The shop is clean, staff are always smiling, and the selection of fresh seafood is amazing!

I heard really good reviews about this place and decided to try it las night, we got this fish and chips. They were very soggy, the oil lasted very old, i only took few bites and decided to throw it but then i was very sick the whole night vomiting and sore stomach which im sure cause of the fish.
