Fantastic professional, friendly service at excellent prices. W&H installed my heat pump and did a great job. I'm very happy with their workmanship and have no hesitation in using them again and recommending them.

A request for a quote on work to be done was answered promptly and a time for a visit to assess the work was quickly made. Work to be done was itemized on the quote, along with the cost, and this was received very soon after the site visit. Once we accepted the quote, a time was given to complete the job within the next few days. The team arrived, completed the work in a timely manner, and cleaned up afterwards. I found the team to be courteous, and readily answered any queries I had. I heartily recommend this company for any electrical work.

Dan and his team were exceptional with their service and workmanship during our recent build of our family home. They are all professional and respectful of our personal space during the process. We happened to move in a little earlier than they anticipated.... but they delivered on ensuring all systems were go in time for us, working longer hours than most with a holiday weekend pending! They all went the extra mile to offer ideas or alternatives as our build progressed. There were design changes during the way, but their attitude and competence was superb! We needed a reliable company to check our electrics and install 10 new ceiling lights (replacing halogens that had all overheated). These guys recognised our plight in darkness, and despite being very busy responded within a few days. Their workmanship was excellent. Highly professional and very knowledgeable. We got quotes from 4 others, and decided on Williams & Harvey because of their competitive quote, excellent advice and friendly service. We put three Mitsubishi heat pumps in (our house has lots of zones, tricky to heat!), the install was efficient and the two gentleman were unobtrusive and polite. The heat pumps themselves are excellent - quiet mode is particularly useful for bedrooms.
