My son travels to School daily catching tge bus from the Mangere Bridge Depot.Joe is his regular driver. A gentle giant of a man with big smile.Even at 6.40am on a cold morning.Really appreciate these guys.

One of their bus drivers had a hit and run on my vehicle at school area and none of the team was apologetic about this. Hopefully this review makes them rethink their attitude, but I see I'm not the first one with this type of complaint.

Awesome service from Kiwi Coaches. My daughter's driver is friendly and I feel confident knowing my child is getting to school and back safely. Cheaper than if I had to use public transport or drive my daughter myself. Highly recommend.

Driver of ELIM 3 23/10/20, extremely dangerous. Full bus of children and he is speeding approx. 70kms in a 50k zone cutting cars off, swerving not indicating forcing cars to slam their brakes. The purpose of this review is soley for safety reasons, your drivers need to be held accountable it is dangerous and potentially life threatening and actually scarey when you have your young family in the car knowing your vehicle stands no chance in an accident because of someone elses wrecklessness.

The school bus service isn't as reliable as you would like it and some staff are rude even if you aren't. As parents telling your concerns is a no no by the sounds of it.

We were passengers of bus #KC 456 from Auckland to Tauranga after a cancelled flight , was told by the disgruntled driver he was called back in after finishing his shift , and not happy about it. Pulled into a servo for a pit stop , driver did a headcount and then nearly left us there only because I ran after the bus banging on the side did he not take off with all of our belongings. He the proceeded to take the wrong off ramp and tried to reverse it back onto the motorway nearly hitting a car before deciding on carrying on and turning around elsewhere .. not a good showing for Kiwi coaches.

Thanks Kiwi Coaches & personable, careful driver Paul for getting us home to Tauranga in atrocious weatheryesterday after Akld-Tauranga Air NZ flight cancelled. Would definitely recommend this driver Paul & Kiwi Coaches for cleanliness of coach.
