The staff are helpful and pleasant. I do find the hugh range of out of stock items frustrating.I also find it annoying that people park in the far lane of the petrol outlet, leave their car there, and go into the shop. They totally block one lane. Seems selfish to me. It is used to get shelter from the sun or rain.

Our first and only paknsave in NZ. We enjoyed the shopping experience. Good choice of goods. Some kiwi said, thad PnS is the cheapest supermarket in NZ. They give you discount for fuel if you buy anything (even only worth 1 NZD) at their store. Shopping unde palmtrees in Kaitaia. Nice town to live in anyway.

Very overloaded with people waiting to be served, with full trolleys. And checkouts not being served.

It's the northernmost supermarket in New Zealand and the only supermarket in the town the next heading south is an hour on a good day.Kaitaia needs supermarket competition to break the monopoly and lower prices.As the only supermarket for a large area it's busy, and the car park is full.There are fuel pumps, with a discount available on your supermarket till receipt.

Good assorment of goods and pretty quite spacious place. And you can use gas station inside the parking lots.However, if you want to buy alchol or some beer, you must have Id including your members.I visited this shop 3 times. Because I don't have ID. Despite of my age is over 30's.

Hands down the BEST Pak’n Save in the country. New to the area (relocated from New Plymouth) and someone who has travelled extensively throughout Aotearoa, every experience shopping here has been an easy breezy and effortless process. GREAT customer service (where do you find your checkout staff- they are all angels of patience and kindness), to the helpful folks on the shop floor, not to mention the competitive prices (some items are 1/4 less than Taranaki!).So happy this is my local and keep up the excellent work!

Great customer service everyone dose a great job here, trolley lady is an absolute hard worker she deserves a pay rise , she's the only one who controls the trolleys smoothly.

Only Shopping Center passed Kerikeri cater for the whole of the Far North great Staff clean shop Gas Pumps there to,disable parking at the door public toilets, thay try to keep their prices down
