Waimarino Water & Adventure Park

Overall good. Great venue, kids had a lot of fun. Though, didn't like the fact speculator has to pay $10 just to get in???!

We went as a family coming from Auckland, we paid the entry admission for three children, once we entered my daughter got really paranoid of doing any activities or even touch the water. I went asking for a refund only for my daughter only explaining to the manager that I'm trying to convince her to join her brothers but she really can't. My daughter was standing beside me completely dry as again she didn't even come close to the water and in a very rude way the manager said, it's not our problem that your daughter got scared. Adding to this, most of inflatable was flat as, that the kids couldn't even do it. My review is not about the $35 dollars for my daughter entry that I lost for nothing it's about the way how we have been treated. Honestly this place is over rated as all what you get is one water slide and one jumping board, nothing else.

We went on the glow worm kayaking tour and had a great day. Our guide was friendly and entertained us with his glow worm knowledge and poems. The tour includes a stop at the hot pools for a swim and a chocolate bar and bottle of water.

I loved, but need some signs to direct us around the place.

Just awesome. Super fast water slide (which you can kayak down if you're brave enough), paddle boats, water trampoline, river kayaking, swing rope, high diving, rock wall, the 'blob' (big inflatable water balloon), BBQ facilities, little kids hot pool with slide... Yeah this place is just awesome.

Excellent place to beat the heat and cool down. Fun filled filled day for the kids and adults, for non swimmers lots of areas to sit,watch the kids,volleyball and rock climbing, obstacle course. Staff were incredible!!!, friendly, helpful, wearing masks for the duration of the day and in very hot sun, always smiling,hats off to you all, well done great work..the kids and adults had a blast of a day.shaded areas and Bbqs available to hire. ...1st timers now converted to long timers..

An awesome outdoor Waterpark that we all enjoyed. From a one year old to young teens, to the parents that watched them enjoy themselves. I recommend going as soon as it opens and spending the whole day there. So much to do, the kids were never bored! Highly recommend.

We purchased a $180 voucher for a family with 3 young children as a Christmas gift and planned to use it in January during their holiday.Unfortunately we had the cyclone and awful weather on and off over the next few weeks.I'm extremely disappointed in Waimarino who will not budge on giving us any extension to enable the family to plan again come down in December when it warms up. We asked for a refund and planned to repurchase so they had this coming December to use it, but they flatly refuse to even consider a couple of weeks.I certainly wouldn't recommend them and would never consider using them again. Their attitude was awful

Adventure park with heaps of activities for kids and adults to enjoy during summer heat. My son just enjoyed and love the kayak and paddle boats. Whole day activity is not enough, lol.Staffs are amazing, I do encourage to come in early to get the best spot for your tables and chairs.. We were surely return!
