My experience was awful. I placed order for a few obsolete covers. J A Russell call said can you speak English? I can't understand a single word you are saying, get someone can speak English call back, then hangup. I thought that may break down causca by bad signal in mobile network. I call back by using office phone, explain I would like to purchase a few cover plates for personal use, happy to pay by using personal credit card very slowly. Then, J A Russell said oh you are prisoner in prison. We don't stock them"

Great service with friendly and helpful staff members. They don't usually do consumer trades but with tradies instead; however, they're the best place to look for unusual electrical, networking, or cabling needs. If they don't have it, they'll order it for you. Their price used to be quite reasonable too, now is getting towards the dearer side.

I want to give 10 stars ! the place was slammed with tradesmen and i was a civilian .. however a supervisor asked me what i needed really fast and i told him.. I was looking for for a 30 year old thermostat to fix a specialised piece of equipment. The bloke said see him on the phn on the end.. he can help i believe. Sure enough the bloke spent like 30 minutes working with me.. found the perfect replacement and then after asking me what I was using this for made a suggestion that helped solve another problem i had. Saving me hundreds of dollars as well !. Cannot recommend more highly.

5 stars for the quantity of products.2 stars services are supper slow (mainly when you are going to checkout)Price are quite expensive.2 stars for price. - They are quite expensive if you are not a big buyer without an account you're better off to somewhere else.This Branch still got 4 stars from me because some o the people that works there does a really good job and service.

No doubt they got more stock than other stores so always helpful when needed something urgent for any job. But customer service is really bad. Old guy served today do not have any idea how to talk to customer when they ask any question. Poor customer service. Not helpful as they do not have enough product knowledge.

All you need if you are a sparky, just don't fully appreciate the fact that the prices are not displayed. As a business owner cost control is a must and we wish to stay on top of that even by observing price tags.
