Great price, cheerful barber, very happy with the cut and advice.

Wow! Worst $45 haircut I’ve ever had. Disclaimer, I had my hair cut the previous week but my hair grows fast so I wanted a fresh fade for my course on Monday. The barber gave me an average zero fade which was barely noticeable from my last cut. I also told him to keep the top tidy and do whatever he thought would be appropriate based on my hair type and head shape. The barber just hacked at the top. I have curly/Afro hair, so an experienced barber knows not to go short. What did he do? Cut it long enough to tell I have nappy hair and short enough that I can’t style it. THEN, he had the audacity to take the cape off before boxing me out. I said “uhhhh are you gonna box me up?” He didn’t seem to pleased. He did a few scrapes to the forehead and that’s it. I thought, ummmm okay that didn’t feel like a full fade/cut experience? Surely he’s gonna charge me $15-$20 he hardly cut any hair off. NOPE charged me $45!!! Definitely not going back. The positive however are; he seemed like a nice guy, the shop is clean, tidy and setup well.

My hairs a curly Grey headed mess. The guy who cut my hair today was awesome as. If I could remember his name I would say get your hair cut from this dude.

Love this place! As a queer woman, it can be hard to find a good barber but I have always felt very welcomed and comfortable here. Always someone with a smile to greet me and the cuts have been great. Love the new place too - great atmosphere!

I had my hair cut by Tui today. He did a great job and listened to what I wanted. 10/10 give the man a raise. Super happy with my haircut, will definitely return for the next one
