Summerset on Cavendish

Like being in a hotel. Staff are fantastic. So glad my dad is living there. I know he is looked after and has friends to talk to every day.

Stunning place. Went for lunch with friends who have recently moved into the Village. Everything is very clean, tidy and well maintained. My friends seem very happy there and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The meal they put on was lovely and the service was quick and easy with lovely smiles and a sense of humour. Well worth a look if you're wanting to change your life style. I dont know the details like what you need to do, what fishooks are involved, or the biggie... the cost of moving to one of these places, but there are advisors, and lots of choices out there. At present, I am very happy in my quiet little house in a cul de sac in Kaiapoi.

My father passed away this week at Summerset on Cavindish. The team in Hospital Care were exceptional. The attention to care whilst he was with them was superb. The respect given on his passing was heartfelt. Thank you.

Lovely place, was visiting a resident and her unit was lovely. Quite spacious

It's ok to go visit someone but the villas are packed onto the land like sardines, affording no outside privacy and not my cup of tea.

This is one of the newest retirement village in Christchurch that is located in Casebrook suburb. It is a well designed gated community retirement village and is one of three belonging to Summerset Group in Christchurch.The main complex consists of a hospital level care with other levels of care such as independent living (serviced apartments) and other facilities (refer to their website). There are also villas, cottages and townhouses to choose from.It is a safe choice for the elderly folks as this site is fully fenced with control entry for safety reasons.

Was passenger in a car there never went inside however what I saw looked very nice h
