Worst experience ever.I own a bgg fleet of vans and first time used Iveco service department.Booked vehicle 3 times for service in last 4 months.Every time they did not consult with us before doing any extra works on vehicle and sent us bills of thousands dollars every time saying it was required in service.Definitely will not go there ever again A————-

Awesome team

At best the service level is poor. Items not checked at all (even after advising what needs to be checked!!), not serviced properly and parts not even put back onto the vehicle after the service!Some items that should be covered under warranty are not being put through under warranty unless challenged. They charge the client for it as I'm guessing most will likely just pay and not realise the warranty should have covered some of it. The accounts are not well itemized so easy for stuff to be hidden. Vehicle is not reliable as other makes I have driven and has high wear and tear on tyres. Overall not a great experience and have advised them of this, however they didn't seem overly surprised on my comments. Have spoken with other Iveco drivers of trucks and vans and have had similar experience, one leaves his tow hook permanently attached!
