Just had a chat with work & income & they were fantastic.Helped me with my problem to my satisfaction.The lady was lovely, very supportive & really efficient.I'm absolutely happy with my outcome.

Work and Income
They do the best they can with very limited resources and the fact that the workers want to help, but it is the government that ties there hands, I often think it must be hard working for WINZ as you can see in the workers eyes that they Do understand situations an they Do want to help, but the it's not up to them ultimately and sometimes they have to say they cant.But they are still polite, an try help in other ways by helping get contact with other services that may help ect.
