Modal was very responsive & quick to take on feedback, and to produce/iterate plans - the council accepted the plan documentation with very few change requests (I believe it was pretty much just the removal of the decking within 1.5m of the boundary). The resulting tiered house layout has resulted in excellent all-day sun to all properties, as well as plentiful parking.

Sam helped us design the changes we wanted to make to our home. First time renovators, he was helpful with providing a clear service expectations.He took calls from our builders and provided any updates etc …He popped around to see the finished product recently too !

Modal was very punctual, and spot on with discussing drawings ideas that I had, They took all the pain away from my major house rennovations which many others were scaring me just to start with. Modal helped us with a redesign of our office space at Aro Digital, it was an absolute pleasure to work with Modal through this process. They saw our vision right away, to help us enrich our existing space without taking away all the unique characteristics. They were meticulous in the design process and guided us through each step, from proof of concept to adding the finishing touches - inevitably being featured on WellingtonNZ's coolest offices blog.
