We were the 1st ones to the restaurant 10.05am, and was told they arent serving chicken until another 15mins...So we thought we would wait around hoping the service would get better. Facilities werent very clean, toilets were dirty.Not on our list, where we want to come again.We love KFC, definitely not this one any time soon.

Wait time is rubbish, if I could give zero for service I would. I've been standing here for 15 minutes and no one has acknowledged me.I ordered online and walk ins have somehow got their meal before me.I know it's busy. But honestly, sort it out.

This must be the 2nd worst KFC I've ever been to (if you want to know the worst was in Canada, where KFC is the lowest-tier fast food).There was so much confusion from the very beginning when I had to type the number of table localizator" that wasn't there

This store has a very low bar for customer service but they have outdone themselves.I was 1st in line and waited at the counter to order for 50 minutes from 8:45pm.The person that was meant to be serving just continued to make up orders and not take my order. People were waiting an hour for their orders.They stoped the auto door letting people in 45 minutes before closing time but didn't put a sign on the door stating they were closed.People were very confused.Looks like they ran out of food and didn't have enough staff.No communication to customers about what was going on.I gave up and went to Macdonalds and got my food in less than 5 minutes. They were organised and had enough staff to get the orders made promptly.I would give no stars if possible as 1 star is too generous.

Closed before 9pm tonight for some reason- about 8 cars lined up and then all told its closed.Also is always running out of lettuce, or wicked wings or zingers or something! Then I drive to the Eastgate one and they're always our of something too! You'd think it's probably a good idea to order more considering it's happening a lot.Not to mention the 45-60 minute wait in drive through..

No ⭐️ here if I could.The order was wrong, missing potato and bread rolls.Chicken was cold, chips were cold and limp.I could see through the window to the greasy filthy shop.Once my money was taken, cash which I had to tell the server how much change to give me my order was passed out the window and the window shut, there was no way of telling them that my order was wrong. As it was cold and wet I wasn’t going to waste my time and go in. My advice unless you’re desperate avoid it like the plaque. There as so many other fantastic chicken places around now.Will try empire chicken from now on.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. Took 30 mins for a simple meal after I had ordered everyone else was getting their meals before me. I also ordered 6 nuggets that I had won for free via the app but never got them because the order never went to kitchen. The staff were unhelpful when I asked about where my orders were I walked out without my nuggets and won't be coming back. I will make sure my friends know never to visit this store.

Took 15 minutes to get my order taken. Food was cold and dry. Extremely disappointed. Definitely won’t be paying to eat here again. Has been like this every time I have eaten here. Not good enough
