Richard uses a wide range of techniques to solve the problem (from big manipulations to the most gentle touches). He listens to what you have to say, as well as assessing your body. I was very impressed with his cranial techniques. I went to see Richard for lower back pains - I am delighted with the result. I recommend visiting if you have concerns with your back.

The location of the clinic was easy to find. Anneke was very clear with explaining what exercise I need to do to support my back. I felt heard when I was explaining my symptoms and I walk out feeling a lot better than I did walking in. Im looking forward to getting my body back on track.
