TOPBUS party bus

Thanks so much for the Amazing Trip on Saturday!Simon and Tim were the BEST and everyone had such a great time on the Party Rescue Bus.Even though the weather wasnt on our side, it did not dampen the experience nor the Vibe.Highly recommend!Keep up the great work Team TOPBUS!EDIT: Marlece was an Angel in the lead up to our Booking day. Horrendous (hens afternoon of ~15). Warm drinks straight out of the box, zero ice or ability to cool drinks, reused dirty shot glasses rather than washing after a round, told us roof has never opened and couldn’t despite confirmation in email. Worse still refused to provide toilet paper for fear it would clog the loo, and zero soap for washing hands in the sink (or warm water). Bacterial nightmare. Complained on-site and in email after and didn’t acknowledge any concerns or resolve. Contacting council to have license removed as just so disappointed with experience and following comms.

Long raving review:Hired the bus (3 hour option) for my 30th and that is a night I will never forget! I had the biggest smile as the massive white bus took over my street! The bus itself is like a giant double-decker limo, amazing interior with leather-lined seats, laser lights, toilet, TV screens for photos etc and a sweet sound system. Soo good having a few stops for fresh air, photos..etc. The drinks are cheaper than what you get in bars, you can order anything that isn't on their normal list too. The pizza was a treat for everyone. Thanks for accommodating one of my friends who had to start work at 9:45pm. Also allowing me to pickup things that I left in the bus the morning after.Sharon, Craig and Tory were real cool to hang out with, we were all soo impressed with what you guys have setup! They were very approachable with all my questions and easy to communicate with. Will keep you in mind when another milestone comes up :)Thanks for helping make my third decade so memorable!Such an amazing way to celebrate something, you will not regret hiring!

Appalling customer service, will never attempt to use again. Enquired about booking a bus for a Christmas work event. Pick up Hampton Downs and drop off central AKL CBD, was advised a cost and given the link to confirm our booking by paying a deposit. After paying the deposit was advised the incorrect price was given and our booking would be $1100 MORE. Re-confirmed our booking for the new amount and the following morning was advised they had a bigger corporate booking made for two buses so was cancelling our confirmed appointment. Horrendous experience.

Craig the owner was a pleasure to deal with when meeting him. Roxy handled our booking very professionally & timeously. All ran like clockwork. Craig was right in time for pick up with Suede our Barman on top form - never missing a beat - very friendly & courteous. Absolutely perfect night - loaded with fun. Craig, Suede & Roxy took great care of us. We had an amazing night - thank you soo much. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

We hired the party bus for the day for a work event, the reviews from all staff following were how amazing the experience was and they were raving about the top bus and the crew! They catered to all of our needs and made our day really enjoyable, to have the flexibility that they offer and everything you need on wheels was awesome. They are amazing people who felt like one of the team. Can't wait to do it again!! Thank you!!!

I made a booking with TopBus for the Luxury Limo Party Bus. What an amazing service! It arrived on time and the staff were most accommodating. They took us (a hens party of ~15) on a detoured route around Auckland so as to fill the entire 1-hour booking. We were driven past some lovely spots and scenic views, as well as through town - and at one point they opened up roof. The bartender was a proper lad and kept up good vibes for us. We were allowed to connect and choose our own music; we all had a good boogie. Highly recommend!

We hired the Top Bus to take some of our VIP Customers to an exclusive product pre-launch event. The red carpet was rolled out for our guests as they arrived and the wonderful staff at Top Bus made our guests feel very special all throughout the night. Our guests thoroughly enjoyed their night and the Top Bus really was the cherry on the cake to round off a fabulous evening of luxury for our guests.We just wanted to thank you for being such an integral part of the success for our Event. You made the event planning a breeze and really helped us accomplish our goal of hosting an unforgettable event for our VIP’s. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to anyone!
