Amazing prompt service when my daughters laptop had a spazz attack! Went directly there to Garth who was so efficient and completed some firmware updates (wasn't aware these were needed)...within 24hrs I was contacted back to come and collect device (was still under warranty so this wasn't charged.). Everybody in the office was very friendly it's no wonder they're the number one choice for device for most schools. Cheers Cyclone!

Came in to collect my daughters BYOD device from these guys as recommended by the school. Disappointing to have to pay $15 freight when collecting, it wasn't a special order and you had these off the shelf. I'm sure you wouldn't have couriered these individually. Was told it is what it is, since I needed this for school I didn't have much of a choice. Certainly won't be back
