360PMCC have completed two full renovations for us. Both times the quality of work, timeliness, clean worksite and delivery to budget have been outstanding. I would recommend without hesitation. We used 360 PM&CC for a residential project including a bathroom renovation. Ryan was helpful to start and the team were able to commence the job quickly. During the project a number of items needed to be redone, some that we had picked up and some by Ryan. This was OK as they were fixed but it did add extra time every this time occurred. Overall however this was a substandard experience for us, due to the job being left with one part unfinished and we were then unable to get any response over the weeks that followed. We ended up fixing this with another company which was not easy for us to arrange. During their visit they picked up that the vanity did not meet warranty standards on installation. Ryan then organised to quickly fix this but it was a disappointing pick up. Invoicing was also was not as transparent as we had expected and we felt that we struggled to get clear answers. We gave this feedback on our experience directly and had no response. Very disappointing to have had this experience and wanted to share the feedback.
