Great service and cheap too. They were quick, had all 5 tyres swapped balanced and back on the car in a half hour. Will be recommending to friends and family and will definitely be going back to them in the future.

I had a brilliant experience with these guys. Got my WOF done in 30 minutes, and the repairs that needed to be done were done quickly and with care. They needed to keep my car a bit longer than planned because they are very thorough, and put your safety first. Plus they provided a great courtesy car within 10 minutes. Finally, a great price, and my bill turned out to be less than the original quote, can’t complain about that! Overall 5 star service! Thanks!

TLDR: These people charge their customers for things that don't actually need to be done, or work that they did without consent. In my case they even extorted me by trying to steal my car.This review is from a while ago, when they were at 464 Ferry Road. I took a vehicle in to have the front brake pads replaced as that's what the vehicle had failed a WOF for (WOF had been done elsewhere). CTA underwent to replace all four brake pads - the 2 rear without my consent. When I informed them that they had acted outside the instructions that I had given to them and that I was not legally required to pay for the parts or labour for doing the rear ones, they got very aggressive and refused to hand me my keys back until I paid the bill. I became extremely anxious and just paid it at the time. In hindsight however I should have called the cops.I cannot describe without using inappropriate language how I felt about this at the time.

Absolutely ridiculous service had my car over a week. Super unprofessional workers who called my phone at 11pm asking to be picked up so they could fix my vehicle. My car had to be started with a screwdriver when I left there and they failed too fix it. Back and forth with Andrew and his receptionist. Will never use them again. Cannot express the disappointment I had using them. Paid over 1600 and had my car come back 100 times worst. Leaving me and my kids stranded. No thought of how they were going to fix the situation I then just had to get another company too sort my car.

Made an appointment time to get a WOF for my car. Inspection started right on time. Good efficient service and very pleasant people will definitely go there again.
