Service was quick and staff very obliging. Would like the address of the Hamilton Branch taken off Google and Google maps. Saves people like me going down to a non existent address. Other than that Finance now we're an extremely helpful and quick so thank you. I would recommend your service to others.

Just spent 2 hours waiting to speak with someone about a personal loan and when i finally got through to someone they said i have to apply online. When I asked if i had seriously just wasted two whole hours of my time to be told that, the line went quiet like i was on mute and then I got hung up on. What is the actual point of having a phone line if it’s essentially useless. Absolute waste of time.

I am super appreciative of the confirmation of personal loan. Why I have marked a 1 star is, I have been a customer of Finance now for many years. You already have all my personal details. Photo ID, and I usually have current account.I pay on time every week never missing a payment in fact aim to paying earlier,yet none of thus seems to be taken into consideration.Suggestion if a current customer there must be away to pre-approve requests without the rigmorole. Yes check no details have changed but going through the whole thing is not great.On a great note once sorted you do action quicklyThank youAngela Rota

Although I've used Finance Niw before, it's been a good experience so this time I tried again.Process was a bit frustrating online so I tried and managed to get a person. They were so helpful and understood what I was trying to do. Although I couldn't get it on my own, they helped us to do a joint application. So happy with the help received and can now allocate funds borrowed to what we needed it for.Thanks Finance Now, you've never let us down. Needed Finance & got everything completed & finalised within the day and money in the bank the next day. Gem who helped me on the phone was absolutely amazing and made everything quick and simple. Rate was pretty good to other quotes I had got as well. Highly recommend

Please be aware of this company, they send a pre approval with a pre approval limit, ask for photo ID capture which I’m happy with, then send another email saying it isn’t pre approved and changed it from conditional approval to referred.Then asking me for my login details for my bank statements, please be aware of this company and its leading tactics. Ended up using my credit card instead which I have had for 10 years, missed opportunity to have a reliable long term customer. Please don’t mislead customers into thinking it’s conditional approval via sending D\L capture.

Not really happy, yet I am happy that I got the finance. I spent a lot of time and many times a day having to identify myself by full name, date of birth, address, what is it that I wanted the money for, what was the loan for last time and don't forget that this call is recorded. Why not just use voice ID as an ID for whom you ar chatting too like the banks.
