I booked my daughter in for a manicure as a school holiday activity. She went with her friend, when they got back I asked how it went and they were very unimpressed, the lady was apparently rude, rushing and my daughter also got cut and bled by one of the tools used. Only one coat of nail polish was applied as well instead of two. I was worried it would be the case that a teen goes in there without an adult that they treat them differently but I thought nah hopefully they won’t, told my daughter to be polite and use her manner which she did. I’m really unhappy about this, we don’t get nails done often so it was disappointing. We won’t be going back which is a pity as we live locally. I have no time for rude customer service!

I had my 7 month old with me who started to play up and they were so accommodating and amazing and still did a beautiful job even though my son was being difficult. Also very lovely and friendly ladies ❤️❤️ Will definitely be back again x

Great little place tucked away in a quiet open air mall.I came here with ladies as a birthday treat on 13th May and had great service. It was very calming with no feelings of being rushed - everything you want in a relaxing atmosphere.Nail technicians that actually speak to you and not across you or with each other. Instead of looking past me.The place is new, modern and extremely clean. The best part - no cutting corners, they provide full nail care - cuticle oil the works. Unlike those in the big shopping malls.This was nothing like the busy malls and was a lot cheaper. We also received loyalty cards.

Had my gel nails (done at another salon) taken off here. They filed my nails so hard they throbbed and have become so weak and still hurt to put under warm water a week later.

Nail Tech V is amazing!!!!First time going to this salon and my first time getting SNS nails and I am so amazed. The environment of the salon is very comfortable and clean.I had a lovely nail tech named V, she did the best job with my nails and took time and paid attention to every detail!I am super impressed!Definitely will be going back❤️

I booked in advance for some waxing and a Deluxe Pedicure. When I arrived, I told them my name and appointment time but they still asked me in front of other customers what I wanted to have done. The Deluxe pedicure was a waste of time and money- the exfoliation and buffing was not thorough at all (the exfoliant was basically a thin cream and foot file was rubbed once over a small part of each foot really poorly). There was a bridal party when I got there and they sat me in between them which meant they were yelling across me to have a conversation.The building was lovely to look at and the nails look fine, but aside from that, I would not recommend to anyone.I was really looking forward to the appointment but it definitely needed improvement.

Great prices and great service. The ladies are all so lovely and always have a good chat with me. Always super helpful when I can't decide what nails I want and helping me pick when I can't decide. Super open to whatever random nails I want done ahahaha. I will never forget they kept a hold of my scrunchie that I left there for months and came and gave it to me we I popped into the supermarket across the road.

I go here at least once a month and have had gel overlays and sns overlays done. Both lasts longer than 3 weeks. You can book an appointment over facebook and they are very responsive. They have a loyalty card system going which I think is pretty cool. Who doesn't like a bit of discount every now and again? Technicians are always friendly. Great selection of colors and nail art. Its always clean and tidy and equipment is sterilised after use.
